Christmas Celebrations

Usual

  • Smoked salmon with lemon, dill, and capers dressing on green salad with a crusty roll
  • Goat cheese, roasted walnuts, and red onion chutney with French vinaigrette on green salad with a crusty roll 
  • Aromatic tender roast turkey, marinated with bouquet garni and orange sauce

  • roast gammon glazed with orange jus reduction Dijon mustard, honey, and cloves

Rosemary infused potato/sweet potato gratin, a medley of green and roots vegetables, our exclusive homemade red cabbage, Brussels sprouts with chestnut and a red wine reduction jus

  • Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy cream, spice orange segments, and cranberry syrup 
  • Spice apple and pear with almond tart serve with spice orange and cranberry syrup, and warm vanilla crème
