We are event caterers based in the beautiful picturesque spa town of Cheltenham within the Cotswolds. We aim to provide the best food experience for your event. We specialize in all sized occasions, offering a diverse range of services.

We aim to provide you with bespoke services for your special occasion, which will leave a lasting impression even after it has passed. 

We have a flexible approach to working with our customers to create bespoke menus to suit the event needs. We understand how unique every event is, hence we are available to meet our customers for free face-to-face consultation and a personal guided tour of our premises, before the event and discuss their specific requirements to ensure customer expectations are met professionally and that they have a truly memorable experience.

With our diverse range of services combined with our expertise in modern Ghanaian and Togolese Cuisine, we want to reach out to all communities and cater to all needs. This is what makes us different and stand out from the crowd!

We have a range of products, such as our Rise and Shine Breakfast Grazing Boards for those early risers, that will fill you up with much-needed energy throughout the day, our lunch offerings for those who do late lunch catch-up, to our heartwarming dinner dishes that’ll gently wind your day away. From stunning curry dishes, our homemade cakes, or our African-inspired dishes, we’ve got it all.

This is Angèle, the face of ACELBA, and the chef behind our creations. Originally trained as Catering and Hospitality Supervisor, from managing Cafés and kitchens catering for workplace and corporate events to being a Chef. She also possesses quality customer service skills she gained from working at Sainsbury’s Supermarket for 10 years. She therefore has the expertise to ensure that she provides a unique dining experience, complete with healthy and luscious food, simply defined by her natural talent. 

Angèle’s style of cooking, presentation and obviously delicious eating, reflects the inspiring influences from her overseas background, the recollection of her grandmother’s cooking, watching her real passion for good food, feeding the children in her local school where she was a dinner lady, her art of combining fresh local produce with home grown ingredients to produce the most amazing hearty meal for the family, and not to mention other family members who are bakers and patissiers… So, cooking and hospitality are in her DNA!

I recently decided to start the business after much encouragement from friends, family, and customers whose comments and feedback changed the course, so really  thanks to everyone who has given me that uplift.

The last few months have been difficult, daunting, and at the same time exciting to have my very own catering space..

It has been a huge eye-opener from not having any social media presence, to now learning everything from website design, social media, business, and photography skills, but I am proud of everything we have achieved today!

The essence of the business name is to reflect the hospitable nature of where it all began. It will be an honor to play a little part in your celebration.

Over the past 20 years, extensive work in the industry, and my passion for continuing to deliver a range of cuisine, creating recipes taking inspiration from the diverse and modern Togolese and Ghanaian style cuisine, producing specialty dishes with a combination of fresh local produce and rich flavours to create a perfect dish, is what truly and comfortably unite and bring people and good food together.
